Mobile Observation-Based After Action Review System (MOBAARS) tools help you record categorized observations of training, practice or other important events and play them back synchronized with audio, video, and location data.
eBoard Data Service™ is a set of Web Services that allow devices running the eBoard | Observer MOBAARS application to exchange data over WiFi connections with a MOBAARS server. Running within a web server process, the eBoard Data Service helps transfer your recorded observations, audio/video, and location data to the server for on-demand use by other HPAtoolbox applications, like webAAR.
webAAR™ is a web application that allows you (and others in your organization, with licenses supporting multiple concurrent users) to perform browser-based after action reviews of your training, practice, or adventure activities. Running on a web server hosting MOBAARS data storage, the webAAR browser pages provide easy selection of sessions, and synchronize the playback of up to three conforming video sources with matching animated location data in a map view. A sortable tree view allows you to quickly navigate to important actions and events by clicking on markers made during recording or derived from recorded data.
